日本でInstagram（インスタグラム）社に対して削除請求等の裁判を起こす際に必要な資格証明書はInstagramの記載（2019年4月5日付で確認）によりますと「Facebook, Inc.」となっているようです。
Facebook, Inc.の会社法人登記簿謄本・資格証明書が必要な場合は、アメリカ合衆国カリフォルニア州のSecretary of Stateが発行する州務長官の証明文言付きの書類となります。Facebook, Inc.のページよりご注文ください。
